Weekly update

In order to keep track of my progress, and self motivate I intend to try a post weekly updates to see what sort of progress I make.

Week ending June 20th:

3 * LoTR style movement trays for Imperial Guardsmen
1 * LoTR style movement tray (modified to 10 slots) for Imperial Stormtroopers
Longbeards - Full Command and 2 rank and file 2/ great weapons
Magnetic movement tray for Longbeards

Warhammer Dwarfs

I have had these guys kicking around for a while.

Thought I would try my hand at painting them. The Photo is a bit rough.

Now I certainly don't recommend using these "in game" - you will get smoked.

However when moving from display case to table these certainly help.

They are the LoTR trays from GW.

Attempt at Warhammer

With the new Edition of Warhammer on the way I thought I would try my painting some High Elves.

These are the first figures I have painted in about 8 months.

Army Showcase - Warhammer Empire

One of the things that really gets me into the mood to paint or into the mood to game is looking at good looking armies on the web or in magazines.

This was the army used by John over at Plastic Legions for Adepticon 09.

Dark Angels Rhino

Now to be honest this is my first attempt at painting a vehicle for the game in ...... 21 year of involvement in the hobby. The result isnt to bad, however I screwed up the roof. I have seen a few people with plasticard tactical symbols on the roofs of their rhinos. I might give this a whirl.
